■ PREPARATION: planed, parallel-faced, sanded, bark (read BARK DETAILS bellow) Please note that the marked area on the back has a recessed low spot, so this small section is not planed, sanded, or parallel-faced like the rest of the slice.
■ FINISH:The wood is untreated and completely natural, with no added chemicals or finishes.
■ EDGE: Natural live edge, possibly with some or all of the bark remaining (bark removal service available)
■ MOISTURE: 10-12%, kiln-dried, and stress-relieved through a minimum one-year resting period
