What is the difference between Raw Material and Art & Decor?
Raw Material pieces are prepared for further making, though many can also be used as they are, since they are already dried, sanded, and planed; a coat of oil can further bring out the wood’s natural beauty, while Art & Decor features finished one-of-a-kind creations for gifting or home display.
Is shipping really free, and does it really take just 3 to 7 days?
Yes. Shipping is free. Orders are prepared and carefully packed within 1-3 business days, then shipped worldwide with tracking. Based on our experience over the past year, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days, with most orders arriving in about 5. days, often sooner outside peak periods.
Can I ask for a custom piece or a special modification?
Yes, if you have any idea, request, or would like a modification, feel free to ask by email or in the chat at the bottom right. We are always happy to help.
Do these trees really talk?
Yes.

Will the piece in the photo be the exact one I receive?
Yes. You will receive the exact piece shown in the photos.
Are the pieces dry, sanded, and ready to use?
Yes. All pieces are dry and sanded. If only one side is planed, that is clearly stated in the product details. If there is any decayed area, it is also shown in the photos, so please make sure to look through all images carefully. If anything is unclear, feel free to ask for extra photos.
Will natural cracks, bark, and irregular edges remain?
Yes. That is part of the beauty and character of these natural wood pieces. If possible, bark removal, edge sanding, thinning, or even cutting a piece in half can also be requested.
What can these pieces be used for?
They can be used for epoxy projects, carving, display, rustic decor, or other creative work, and some are beautiful enough to use just as they are.

Are these one of a kind pieces?
Yes. Each piece is one of a kind, made with love from real wood and shaped by its own natural character.
How can I hang or display the piece?
For wood pieces, you can request them with or without a hanger, depending on how you would like to display them. Prints arrive rolled and will need to be framed.
How should I care for natural wood art?
Keep it dry, avoid prolonged direct sunlight, and dust it gently with a soft cloth. It is not recommended for outdoor use.
Will the real piece look exactly like the photos?
You will receive the exact piece shown, though natural wood may look slightly different depending on light and surroundings.
Can I ask for a small custom change or a personalised detail?
